Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the WALKING IN STEP WITH GOD MINISTRIES Affiliate Marketing Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Affiliate Agreement
By applying to become an affiliate, you are entering into an affiliate agreement with WALKING IN STEP WITH GOD MINISTRIES. This agreement grants you a non-exclusive, revocable right to promote our products or services through your website or other online channels.
3. Affiliate Obligations
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, and intellectual property laws.
- Promotion: You will promote our products or services in a manner that is consistent with our brand guidelines and does not damage our reputation.
- Tracking: You will use the tracking links provided by us to accurately track clicks and conversions.
- Reporting: You will provide accurate and timely reports of your affiliate activity as required.
4. Commission Structure
- Commission Rates: Your commission rate will be determined based on the specific products or services you promote and may be subject to change.
- Payment: Commissions will be paid to you on a weekly basis, each Monday by 11pm Pacific Time for the previous week Sunday to Saturday, subject to meeting the minimum payment threshold of $5 USD.
5. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to our products, services, and brand are owned by WALKING IN STEP WITH GOD MINISTRIES.
- Usage: You may use our trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services.
6. Termination
- Termination by Us: We may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- Termination by You: You may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to us.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WALKING IN STEP WITH GOD MINISTRIES from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Program.
8. Limitation of Liability
WALKING IN STEP WITH GOD MINISTRIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
